You will need the appropriate Agreement software loaded onto your laptop for Real Oz Agent to merge into.

Every time a solicitor is entered this intelligent software will automatically save all their details, building your solicitor data base for you.

The REI clauses are provided as standard (Qld), plus you can create you own for future repeated use or if you are in other States.

Listings can be immediaitely matched to buyers, or buyers matched to listings. An email, with photos of the property, can be sent directly from within the software to any buyers. There is no need to open Outlook or Outlook express. It is so easy!

This powerful program will even remind you of your daily phone calls to make. This simple to learn program will even print off all your prospecting, sales and followup letters for the day at the clickof a button. It acts like an electronic PA!

If your office uses Real Oz Software for its trust accounting, then by simply plugging your laptop into the office network, this program will automatically download every listing, with photos, into your machine. You will always have every listing with you! Client information can be synchronized between the trust accounting software and the salesperson's software, if desired.

As an optional extra the software will even load listings to the Internet or web pages through an inbuilt portal pusher, if your office doesn't load them for you already.
